In December 2020, the Illinois Workforce Partnership presented the Innovative Solutions Award to Kimberly Wimer, John Castillo, Chiara Caruthers from Workforce Essentials Skills Training (WEST). The Innovative Solutions Award is given to recognize workforce programs, economic development programs, projects and/or initiates that have resulted in the economic growth of a community or region during the past program year.
