Midwest Trailer Manufacturer (MTM), located in Kewanee, IL, opened its doors in January 2016. Shortly after opening, MTM’s partnership with American Job Center began. Our work together began with an On-The-Job training provided to a local dislocated worker. By 2018, MTM began working with Kewanee Life Skills and American Job Center partners to execute the Innovation Project for Returning Citizens (IPRC). This collaboration continued until the onset of the COVID-19 National Emergency, when any further expansion was delayed.
